REGRESSIVE COUNTER CRS – LS

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

The CRS - LS or SEMAVENCA Regressive Counter is a new concept in vehicular traffic control equipment that can be used at any intersection by providing the driver with additional information about cycle times. This information provides greater safety for the driver when crossing, improves response times during traffic light changes, and also contributes to the reduction of vehicular congestion by minimizing driver anxiety on congested roads.

The CRS – LS is manufactured using LED technology, which provides a low energy consumption and high visibility equipment. Its aluminum body makes it light and resistant, also preventing deterioration due to corrosion and aging breaks characteristics in polycarbonate equipment.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Integration to any existing vehicular intersection of traffic lights.
  • No programming or preset configuration required.
  • Display of the intervals of green, yellow and rest of the cycle time of the associated phase.
  • It can be connected directly to the traffic light faces in cases where there is no access to the active of the electric network (120 VAC).
  • All aluminium housing for outdoor use.
  • Built – in visor.

CONNECTION MODES

  •  Connection to phase (120 VAC) and neutral + connection in parallel to green and yellow luminaires.
  • Connection in parallel to red, green and yellow lights, plus neutral connection.
